Just got back to LA after five weeks in the Northeast including Mass., Upstate NY, RI, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Ontario, and New Brunswick.

Pleased to see dozens of SAABS in my US travels, including lots of OG9-5s. Plenty of NG and OG9-3s in really nice shape too!

Oddly, I didn't see a single SAAB anywhere in Ontario (entered north of Watertown, NY and exited through Niagara Falls) even after five days in Toronto, and two days in St John, NB. I know you Canadians have them -- we just missed you. (Added bonus, though -- picked up hockey skates, sticks, pucks, etc. for the kids in Canada for about 1/3 what I'd pay in LA).

As a Southern California person, I was shocked at the levels of rust on so many cars on this trip. The SAABS, though, seemed to be in great shape.

I'll be back in the RI area in 10 days or so for family business and will be driving back to LA from there. Hope to see more SAABS on the trip back.
