Before I retired from GM I had access to both their on-line Service Instructions web site and the corporate subscription to Mitchell's On-Demand5 (IIRC) which is an outside multi-brand software tool for independent garages. I used both of these when working on family members' non-Saab vehicles. On-Demand5 was great in that it provided P/N's for common parts, and labor hours estimates which I used to gage my abilities to tackle a job by doubling the Professional Tech hours.
Since I retired I no longer have access to either Service Tool although I can still buy parts at Employee Discount. Finding the part numbers is next to impossible as Dealership Parts Counters will only give you the number if/after you order the part from them.
Stand alone service books such as Chilton's will be your best bet as I think GM stopped publishing hardcopy service manuals years ago. Chilton's, All-Data, and On-Demand5 all offer subscription services which aren't too painful (<$50 usually for annual license with discounts for longer periods) if you regularly wrench on your own vehicles.
