Agree with all above posts. We loved our old Saabs and I was able to wrench on them and save a lot of money thanks to Saabnet and all the wonderful advice here, but if you are unable to to do your own mx it can get expensive on an older car.
My wife and I are now both retired so we plan on doing more long distance travel so the thought of trying to find a Saab place for repair on the road is concerning.
That's why we bought two new Volvos. There is a support system across the US and a new car with an extended warranty is reassuring.
