I installed the 3M Clear Bra on the hood, fender tops and headlights on my 2013 Honda Crosstour 2 1/2 years ago. It still looks great.
If there are paint chips to touch up make sure they are sanded and polished flat so that you don't get any bubbles. Also do research on the product you plan to use. You have to wait for the touch up paint to fully cure before applying the clear bra. If the area being covered is non factory cured paint you may have lifting of the paint if the clear bra is removed at a later date.
I did the application myself. Precut kits for the Honda are available on line. DIY videos are available as well. Everything must be clean and the application done in a clean environment. I did it in my carport so I have some dust specs but it will serve it's purpose. It is tricky and probably best left to a pro.
Hope this helps.
