I didn't miss your point, but maybe you did? The article states, and you even quote, Borla *can* prototype any system. That doesn't mean they will and certainly doesn't mean they should. I'm sure Ikea *could* make you a Malm chair that's 3" narrower - it's all computers and robots - but do you really think Ikea is going to interrupt a production line or schedule to make your one-off chair? I certainly wouldn't expect them to. It wouldn't make sense for them to. The existence of a system doesn't ensure or even imply the application of it.
I'm really kind of stunned that you would take an offhand comment in a magazine article as an advertisement or some sort of guarantee of service. It's absolutely baffling to me. I'm double-baffled that, as someone who seems enthusiastic about Saabs would ask Borla to custom-produce something for you before exploring all the great options available from people who have been catering to this community for years - people like Nick Taliaferro. I'm triple-baffled that you'd lament the lack of height adjusting options for Saabs when those systems readily exist.
I don't know what to say here other than I'm real sorry about all the problems you're having!
