How do you plan to pack the parts? You might look into using an intermodal shipping container. Off the top of my head, a small one (20-foot?) was about $3200 and a large 40-foot container was about $4500; prices change often, and are dependent on origination, destination and routing, so best to check.
I exported some products to Saudi Arabia and was fairly pleased with the service that I received from C.H. Robinson; these shipments used a combination of truck, rail and ship to move 40-foot containers from the Midwest US to Jeddah. The most difficult part was the paperwork, including some unique Saudi Arabian requirements and insurance documents.
If you need more info, including my account rep at CH Robinson, send me an email.
