While I agree that the "collateral" damage in Irag was higher than the numbers given by the US, I find 600+ schools to be a very high number. I don't think the military could purposely hit 600 schools, let alone hit them by accident. Also, "100%" of irrigation systems seems high. How would one even determine how many irrigations systems there are, let alone determine that all of them had been hit? Additionally, if we could bomb the food processing, storage, and distribution systems, why would we purposely bomb wheat fields?
I agree that America often discounts damages, but I think these numbers are suspicious.
