Sounds like your cooling and lubrication systems are just fine. I wouldn't
worry too much about overworking the Aero - the weakest link in the system
is the "nut behind the wheel" as they say.

To reduce the craziness, make sure you can sail through tech inspection.
This will let you avoid running around trying to fix something (and there
are always people doing this!). Here are some common *gotchas*

- rock tires in/out to check for wheel bearing play
- check for hard brake pedal
- check that positive battery terminal is covered
- check that battery hold-down is properly installed
- remove wheel covers, trim rings, center caps
- remove floor mats, glove box contents, cd's, loose *anything*
- bring blue painters masking tape to cover glass lights

Both my newgen 900 and my brother's 9000 Aero suffered from a very soft
brake pedal after a few hard sessions (despite track pads, fresh brake
fluid, etc.). I wish I could tell you how to cure it, but I haven't figured
out the system yet. I have the Saab factory manual on ABS/brakes coming
soon...Damien
