I failed in 2 places. 1). The funtional test. The reason why I failed this is because I adjusted timing over the weekend and did not tighten the bolt down enough (DUH). What was 16 slipped to 26. Automatic fail, but they still put it on a dyno and spin it at 15mph and 25mph. 25 it passed no prob. 15 it failed which I'm speculating is because timing was so far advanced??? Does that seem right?
Here's what I did over the weekend. I changed oil, cap and rotor. Plugs looked fine. Put the lowest octane fuel in car. I put stock injectors back in, along with stock FPR and stock IC. Adjusted amm meter to 300. Car ran great, would not boost worth a crap though. I even replaced fan switch with a higher one so fans would come on at the half way mark and 1\4.
Here's the readings-
I failed NO. Max=791, I pulled a 832, ave is 237. Could this amount be related to timing???
CO-max=.74, ave=.10 my reading=.14-pass
HC-max=116, ave=31, my reading=30

So what do you guys think it may be? Timing? I'm sure that has something if not everything to do with it, but I'm not sure. Maybe a few turns of the AMM?? Any help would be great.
