Somewhere in the toolkit for the car, there is a springy tool that
looks like a crank. Supposedly this can be used to manually crank the
seat forward or back to get at the bolts.

I recently took one apart in a junkyard car. If you can get at the
center console, remove it, then remove the side cover on the outboard
side. There are 4 fairly large bolts (I don't recall if they are TORX
or just hex). If you remove these 4, you can remove the whole seat
from the base.

From there, though, I'm not sure what you'd do...
