I put a Kenwood in dash MP3 CD player in my 9-3. There are no RCA outputs on
the stock unit. You can do a FM modulator connected directly to the antenna
input though, which might be a good way to go. Since I took out the stock
unit, I lose steering wheel controls, but gained a little in dash cubby hole
and a great sound system (250 songs per CD). You can see more details at:

I need to update it with a photo of the cubby hole (moved the stereo to the
bottom, got the cubby hole insert from Saab Europe and it has snaps that fit
the holes already in the car. Also need to add a photo of the amp in the
center of the spare wheel.
