Wiper Reservoir

There are 2 metal arms that are part of the reservoir.
Most likely the leakage comes out between one of these arms and the
reservoir
itself.
This can be reached from under the front right corner of the car.
Once reached, dry the erea and clean with emery cloth, pour some super glue
between the arm and the reservoir and coat the area with RTV.
With in an hour or two the reservoir will be sealed and ready to use.
Once doing this, also check the one way valves of the washer system as they
can leak too.
