Hey all, I have a 92 900S. I noticed it has some extra wires coming out the radio, one looks like a very lage DIN cable, which could be used for a cd changer maybe? I don't have the manual for the radio and the car manual is at home, so i haven't had a chance to look in there. Was there an option for a factory CD player and could that be replaced today with say a clarion or panasonic changer? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks =) The data cable connects to an EQ or CD/EQ if you have one or install a CD or CD/EQ unit it will operate a clarion CD changer, the big drawback is those units are expensive new. try to find one out of a salvage yard, you will need the unit, slide box and connecting cable, any unit out of a 92 or 93 will work. or you can buy a CD changer that taps into the FM signal and is operated by remote control
