My '82 900T has 149K miles on it, and has endured oil changes once a year (plus a filter and 1 quart of make-up oil) since 1985. I have used only synthetic oil, usually Amsoil. I tow a 1000# boat/trailer rig with it, it still has the original turbine, and I have had to do no major engine maintenance on it. --------------------- John R.
