Subject: Suspension probaby going...

My suspension is going on my '90 900S nonturbo, as I noticed when a 250 pound aquaintance caused the tires to go about 1/2 an inch from the wheel wells when he got into it. I'm not sure if it's just the springs or the shocks too. When I push down on the car, it doesn't bounce afterwards, it just isn't very tight, so I'm assuming it's just the springs. If it is, what kind of springs/shocks should I get and how much will it cost for their installation? Is it easy to do yourself? I'm a fairly aggressive driver, yet enjoy a smooth ride when I'm not speeding around. I know it's a lot of questions, so thanks in advance. -Ilia 90 900S
