Sounds to cheap to have used OEM parts to replace the clutch completely. The shop should have given you a breakdown of all the parts used. This would make it less confusing for you. As far as a loss of fluid it should have been between these two parts. 1. The Slave , or 2. The Master sometimes it will be both. The master cylinder could be bypassing now that the slave has been replaced. That is why it is recommended that both parts be replaced at the same time. If the master bypasses it will allow the clutch to slowly engage and cause the gears to grind. Don't allow this to continue, this will damage the transmission. Try bleeding the system first, if that doesn't work then I would replace the master. If it is not bad now, it will be soon.. Also check for play between the clutch pedal and master. It should be no more than 1/4 in. If it is you may need the pedal as well...
