Hi, Dave: I'll make a quick and dirty guess. If it happens when you have your Climate Control to "Auto", it may be the AC compressor kicking in or a AC clutch mechanism (I don't know if the have one). But my car does it a little also. I think it's related to the Climate Control, unless it's coming *directly* from the Engine--pop the hood and listen, trying to isolate the exact source.
