No. The exhaust manifolds are on the outside and the inlets are located inside the V. The plumbing is much eaiser if the turbo uses only exhaust from one cylinder bank. Having the turbo only feed one cylinder bank would create an unbalanced engine. Btw, Saab also thinks that the turbo feeds both cylinder banks.
