Step 1
    Put car on stands or ramps
Step 2
    Remove plastic trays under the engine
    (Two halves)
Step 3
    Remove lower plastic spoiler (pain
    to get out)
Step 4
    You can now reach in and remove
    the Phillips bolt that seals the
    cap to the bulb on the fog light
    assembly


BTW, the dealer charges 1/2 labour
for changing it... it might be easier.
