I was told it was a small five inch box located either under the seat or in the engine compartment (that narrows it down a bit!). I have a 1989 900S that is sitting in the driveway as a nice conversation piece at the moment. I had a diagnostics test run on it, was told it was the fuel brain and that it would cost $830.00 to fix this??!! What the heck is a fuel brain and can I get one cheaper than $600.00?? It will turn over and act like it wants to start but then dies as if it isn't getting fuel...I guess because of this fuel brain?? I am fairly handy but owning a Saab has proven to be somewhat of a challenge. I would like to find this part and replace it myself. $830.00 seems a little excessive to me though. Any thoughts? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Nick
