There is this strange noise comming from under my dash (88 9000T). It sounds like a hard drive running on a computer. It does it then stop...Does it then stops...Sometimes it dosnt start for a little while and sometimes right away. Would it have anything to do that my fan setting will never turn off of 3. It is always blowing on high and I cant stop it. (Any answers for this too will be good) Is it from my blower motor or something.
