Subject: Weather Problems

My car seems to only have this problem when it wet outside and/or snowing. It is a 9k CD Turbo. What happens is that after a few minutes of driving the car in wet conditions, the car will miss and not run properly whenever the turbo seems to kick in (according to the boost gauge) When it is dry outside the car runs great accelerating smoothly, but not when wet. I have checked the plugs and vacuum lines, they are okay, I thought they would be okay cause the cars run fine when dry. Why would the moisture affect my car like this? It used to run fine in the summer and fall(with rain), this only started happening in the winter (whether rain or snow) Any ideas would be greatly apprecieted, I need to get this fixed, as I am traiding cars with a friends dad for a long trip. (we are taking his dad's car to florida, the dad is getting my car.) What can I look at? Any and all help would be great! Thanks Akito (in Ontario... that's whay a long trip!)
