My 900SE has knocking, rather than clicking, sound from the left door. At first I think in comes from the front left suspension. But later I realise that it comes from the hinge of the left door once when I cleaned my car. I don't know if what we are talking about refers to the same thing, but you may check it out by opening and closing the door repeatedly, and try to move the door frame upwards and downwards. Somehow you can here the knocking sound. I am now convinced that Saab always have strange problem that you can never find on other cars.
