You should buy a cheap dial test indicator to check run-out on disks to ensure that they are the cause. Cheap disks could be the cause especially if you brake hard frequently. Unlikely to be bearing unless you can hear rumbling while driving (whether braking or not). If it is the same side that keeps on warping it may be worth checking that the disk was properly seated on the hub in the first place. Sometimes grit and rust can get sandwiched between disk and hub leading to run-out. Alan.
