Don't worry about the turbo. They are very reliable since about '88 when they went to a water cooled bearing. They last well past 100kmi especially if synthetic oil is used. Just make sure that all of the warrantee calls have been answered. I would not get it unless it had a hydraulic clutch. This was changed from cable to hydraulic at about this time. Make sure that the front suspension is ok and does not 'clunk. Take the car or at least the VIN number to a dealer to ensure that it has been looked after and that all Saab service bulletins and regular maintenance has been done.
