It is not the cabin air filter. There is a vapor/fuel leak some where
in the system. Could be fuel line / hose or could be the charcoal
conister clogged (some models), particularly if you over filled the
fuel tank and left the car in the Sun for a while, then fuel expands
and ends-up fouling the vapor canister.
