You should definitely feel the seat warmers if they are working. If it's possible that someone was standing on the seat or resting on the seat bottom with their knee, your seat warmer probably doesn't work anymore. That's how they get destroyed more often than not. Does the passenger seat warmer work any better than the drivers side? If not, check the fuse that relates to the seat warmer feature and see if it's dead. Unfortunately, there really is no quick fix for this problem and dealership repair costs are pretty exorbitant. good luck, Brian G.
