That's the general consensus this side of the pond. Plus they are all made in Taiwan (made in China now) and break easily. Why do you think our economy is the last to suffer a hiccup? And it is primarily because of 9-11. Consumer industry. I have Campbell Hausfield too. It ends up sitting on the shelf of the garage never being used. Not enough power using 12V DC. Or I don't have enough patience like many others. I think I may have moved it to the rear passenger side wheel well in the 940 wagon, never to be seen again unless in emergency cases. My regular tire pump is a Black & Decker. 110V AC powered, loud as hell but very good. I wish I have a 5HP air compressor. Yaofeng
