Frank - have a word with your dealer, it should only take a minute or two to program. In the manual for my 9-3, there is a section right at the back abvout programming, listing what can be done, and splitting it into what can be done by you, and what has to be done by the dealer - the section includes programming the Climate control, alarm times and volumes, seat heat temperatue etc etc. Should be somewhere in that list.
