I've been following this thread and don't think anyone has bothered to ask the obvious question: Are you *sure* you have an overboost problem? On my 92 9000T (200HP) the Boost gauge goes about 1/2 way into the red on acceleration with no modifications to the APC. I would envision that an Aero would go even further to develop the additional horsepower (220HP?) with the same mill. Where is the boost gauge needle at idle? Gentle acceleration?
