Not head gaskets, but cracked heads, I had 2 99's with cracked heads both '82's, couldn't be bothered fixing them, I ran both for ages like this with no problem...but these were old cars with lots of miles. Also had an '87 900 with a small coolant weap from the head, car was fine for 80K and was still OK when I sold it with 200K. Unless oil/water is burning/mixing I'd just keep an eye on it.
