Hello Brett Sorry to hear your opinion of Peter Clarke (now Southampton SAAB). I have had my 1991 9000iS serviced by them since I bought it from Reading SAAB in 1993, and haven't had any reason to complain. I have known their parts manager Andrew since he was at the old Crossroads Garage when I had a 96, and he is always extremely helpful. Thanks for mentioning SS Motors, though - I remember having my old 99 serviced by them and didn't know they were still going; my boss has just got a 900 and asked me for recommendations on servicing.
