Yes they are. There is a separate shaft from the differential to the right driveshaft, just to avoid the torque steer problem. If the car pulls to the left then something else must be causing it. I have never had any problems with torque steer on 9000[1] or 9-5, both of them with "more-than-standard" torque and hp.
