I owned (just sold it) an 88 mazda RX-7 which was a Canadian car originally. It still had the speedo in KPH but has an inner ring with MPH marked on it. The odometer was still in kilometers which causes great confusion for CarFax and various title agencies, but the car was registered and titled in th US (New Hampshire)
