The 95/96 was only imported into the USA until 1974 (MC's only 1962-1968). In Europe the 95/96 continued until 1978/1980 so many more survived here. In the USA you will see more two stroke Saab 95/96. You will see more Monte Carlo's there too, in Europe this model was not sold as a 'Monte Carlo' but as a 'Saab sport' or 'GT 850'.
