No they are not! I used to buy one section at a time when I needed to
do a job on my 1987 9000. Some sections cover all 9000s, eg Brakes
364521 1985-1996, while other only cover a year or two, eg Electrical
Systems 337048 is only 1987-1988.
So I can still use them with my 1996 Aero.
Much better than Haynes, although I still refer to that at times.
We only have 3 Saab dealers in New Zealand, so we have to be
self-sufficient . If I take my car into a local non-Saab garage, at
least I can give him the service manuals to work from.
