I own a 99 9-5 with 94K miles. I have two problems. 1. The seat warmers do not turn off. They are always on regardless of the switch settings. Any suggestions on how to diagnose this? I assume I have a stuck relay.... 2. When I shut the car off, around half of the time, the pump (?) located in front of the battery continues to run. I disconnect the battery to reset it. What is this pump? How do I diagnose the problem? Thanks! David
