ALL my car are oil changed at 3,000 miles with regular oil & filter. Nothing fancy. So you might go a little further with others! This has ALWAYS treated me well with all the car going well over 250,000 miles before I sell them. I still see the new owners driving them. Compression is usually just under 5PSI from original test. Example-155psi>150psi(200.000 miles later). 7,500 is just about as far as you want to go. Oil is cheaper than engine wear! Remember to recycle your oil. All oils are gov. rated.?????Compare!
