68390 is a non permanent code, it says malfunction in throttle valve control.
1 Check and fix other codes first.
2 check for vacuum leaks by starting engine. Disconnect hose between non-return valve and intake manifold. If this causes arm on throttle housing to retract, there is a leak.
3 if there is not leak raise vacuum in throttble housing vacuum unit to release spring. Also disconnect intake book to tb so throttle valve cna be moved by hand
4 turn ignition off. disconnects ets ecu connector measure resistance between no. 20(green wire) and no. 21(green and white wire) Move throttle valve to several points so readings can stabilize, they should be less than 200ohms. if they are go to step 6 (note: it is normal for resistance to go above 200ohms while moter is rotated)
5 Disconnect throttle housing connector measure resistance between no. 1 green wire) and no. 7 (green/white wire) if resitance was to high in step 4 but not now, repair wiring. If resistance was to high in both steps 4 and 5 replace throttle body.
6 Check green wire between throttle housing terminal no. 1and ets ecu terminal no. 20 for and open or short circuit. Also chekc green/white wire between throttle housing terminal no. 7 and ets ecu terminal no. 21 for and open or short circuit. If all wiring is ok and fault code persists replace ets ecu. Wow that was alot...
675B0 is a non permanent code, it says calibration incomplete, clear fault codes and initiate recalibration. If calibration cannot proceed, check brake light switches for brake and clutch pedals. If switches are ok, replace ets ecu.
429B0 is not in my manual, but it is not permanent and the 42... series codes deal voltage problems
26391 is also not in the manual, but the 26... codes deal with the temp sensor.
Sorry my info is incomplete, my manual is for a 93 saab but it also happend to be mostly compatible with my 92. The first 2 relate to the ets, so I guess the last 2 relate to di/apc. The techII diagnosis is not always 100% helpful, my problem ended up being a huge combination of things. Send me an email if you want to talk about tcs. I would also suggest talking to anders aka swedecar as he seems to be the tcs god. Also, it is unreasonable for the saab techs to not be able to tell you what the fault codes meen, the guys at my saab place had all of them memorized. Good luck with the tcs.
