And maybe the engine temperature.
High nox is usually because of high engine temp, for one or another reason. But if the CO and HC is off too, than the fault maybe found somewhere else.
If those two values are within reasoable limits, it might be time for a new catalytic converter.
The converter do change the nox too. But I haven't seen a high failure rate on the NG900 converters so I can't say for sure if that could be the case.
Do you have the air injection (SAI) on your car? Maybe the backflow valve is bad allowing extra air to get sucked into the exhaust stream.
