If you want very professional, personal, honest, and excellent care of your

SAAB, then you've got to meet Don. Donald J. Koziol, Inc. is very unlike

dealerships and other mechanics I have tried in the past. Don is extremely

knowledgeable on every year, make, and model of SAABs. He pays very close

attention to detail, and keeps your SAAB in top condition. I found Don when

I bought my first SAAB, 9 years ago. I have purchased another 3 over the

years. I would never take a SAAB anywhere else.

I found Don (SAAB Colorado) on Saabnet over 2 years ago, after many 

frustrating experiences of dealer service departments since 2001. I can't 

say enough about what great service I received from Don during this time. 

They always get my car in on short notice and have helped me out of several 

jams by talking me through problems over the phone--trying to diagnose and o

ffer suggestions for fixes when my car wouldn't start. They know me and my car 

personally and I trust Don's experience and knowledge completely. I highly

Ken Morrison, owner, is certainly the most knowledgeable

SAAB technician I have ever encountered.

Ken Morrison, the owner and SAAB guru, as well as his right hand man Ryan,

are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to SAABs. I found them right here

on this site, and it sure was nice to talk with someone who knew their way

around the cars. Prices are reasonable, service is prompt, and I challenge

anyone to find a problem they can't correctly diagnose on the spot. I talked

to a few customers, and apparently there are customers who come from as far

as Colorado Springs just to have Ken and Ryan work on their car. That's quite

a testimony, considering the fact that Denver is between the Springs and Fort

Collins and about an hour closer. I highly recommend Old Town Import.

Ryan, a tech at Old Town, is my personal hero at the moment. After a

cross-country road trip in my 900T (213k miles) was sidelined by technical

difficulties in western Nebraska, Ryan offered to come into the shop after

hours to check my car out. After I finagled a 150 mile tow to Ft. Collins

(thank you, AAA), Ryan interrupted his own vacation to come into the shop and

help me out. After about 45 minutes, I was back on the road. Thank you, Ryan!

This is a great shop that employs great people.

I would highly recommend this shop. They have solved all my Saab stories.

Both Ken and Ryan usually help me out when I show up (I drive from

Cheyenne, Wy 50mi). They have helped diagnose things over the phone when they

don't have to and it time and time again. Thumps up guys.

I found this shop (est. 1980) after being in the Denver area for a few years 

and have been very happy with them. I haven't needed any major work from them 

yet, but when there has been overnight work, they provide loaner vehicles. All 

their loaners are Saabs - yeah! At the dealership I was getting the equivalent 

of Ford Escorts through a car rental agency. See also: www.schleeter.com It's 

the website of their Master Technician, Norris Schleeter. I've enjoyed their 

service enough that being able to take my car to them for maintenance/repairs 

may guide me into either another Saab or BMW.
