I am trying to start a news group "alt.autos.catera". I already posted my proposal to "alt.config". It has been there about = two weeks and only on negative comment. I will start sending out control messages = soon. I have backed off a bit on posting. I had a lot of fun initial with the responses to my first post. Many of my responses in return were attempts = at humor. One thing I was not joking about however was the quality and value of = the Catera. It is a real blast to drive my Catera. I am getting many = favorable comments from friends and co-workers about the Catera. Once I get them = to take a ride with me they say nice things. Several of them are starting to = feel they over paid for their BMWs. All I ask the people who took the time to = respond to my initial post is to test drive one. I think many of them would refine = their comments. The guys with the Asian cars just can't believe the interior, especially = the seats. Most of the negative comments I have heard in general about the = Asian cars revolve around the poor seats. So on I go with my crusade to get people to test drive a Catera. I also = got a few comments about service. My dealer is Wayne Stead in Walnut Creek, = CA. I will keep everyone posted about my dealer experiences with Cadillac = service. I am ready to bring my Catera in for the first oil change. I will be = honest with my reports. Thanks again for making yourself known as a Catera owner.
