Subject: 900 Turbo not boosting correctly



My 86 Turbo which I have owned for the last 9 years, and now has covered
200,000 miles on original Engine, Gearbox & Turbo, Now refuses to boost
upto full power.

This first started as an intermitant fault, But is now a full time problem.

I have checked out the 3 way solonoid and waste gate, These are OK.

Any Ideas
