I need a catalytic converter for my German-spec graymarket Mercedes ('84 280 E). A U.S. spec cat won't work (the Euro and U.S. cats aren't interchangable). Timevalve, in Conneticut, makes the only OEM exhaust components for Euro models that I could find. They use stainless steel and the price seems reasonable, warranty likewise. (Besides the fact that my only other option is to replace the entire system with a complete US-spec catalytic exhaust at great cost.) Has anyone bought from Timevalve? What are your experiences?
