I had to replace the head last year but that's because I lost the water pump and overheated it badly. When I looked at the cylinders, they had almost no wear with 250K on them. Then again, I'm still wondering when I'm going to have to change the clutch. It's original too. John Mileage for comparison purposes only. Your mileage may vary.
