I have a 1992 SAAB 900S. I have 2 constant problems:- a. I need to top up the radiator coolant once every 3 weeks. is this unusual , bearing in mind I live in tropical Singapore ? b. The steering wheel is tight. Power steering fluid problems ? Would appreciate is someone can give me his expert advice ..
