I live in a ski town at about 2300 m altitude where we get plenty of snow. I only need the Landcruiser a few days a year (when the snow is deeper than the bumpers are high.) I routinely pass 4wd vehicles in snow in my Saab which are quite popular here. If I were you, I would get better tires. -klaus
