I have the 97 SE Turbo with almost 19K miles on it already. This is a fabulous vehicle; an absolute blast to drive (I hope that you're considering the 5 speed); rock solid. I've had no problems whatsoever. My only complaint is that the superb Michelin Pilot tires that come with the SE are useless in the snow (but fabulous on the pavement); I went ahead and put on the Gislaved Nords for the Boston winter and now the car goes great in the snow. Clearly go for the SE; you should be able to get it for invoice or less. >
