When ever I start the car it starts flashing, and then after 5 minutes it stays on without flashing. I think at the same time or very close the heater in the front seats stopped working. I checked the fuses for both airbag and heated seats but they look OK. Prior to the problems I noted, that the low startup voltage indicated by the computer was dropping slowly from a normal 10.1-10.3 V (cold) to 9.6 V. Now it's back to roughly 10.0 V Are there any relation between the two problems ?
