From what I read into your replies, and what I hear from my car, the problem sounds like the pinion bearings :-( I guess you mean the Differential Pinion, and that sounds expensive. Do you have any idea as to how much noise this can make before it breaks ? I can't afford to put the car into a Saab dealer right now. Pete, it would help me a lot if you could give me an idea of how much your repair is going to cost, so I can work out the way forward. I am in the UK like you. David. -- Antispam.
